      Our stainless steel sinks are in a beautiful Brushed Satin Finish.

3.    What gauge of your stainless steel sinks?

       Our sinks are made of Heavy Duty 18 or 16 gauge Stainless Steel Sheet.

4.    Do your stainless steel sinks provide sound or heat insulation

       Yes. There is a fully undercoating Paint and sound deadening pad on the sink bottom.

5.    What accessories come with the sink?

       The cutting out paper template and mounting clips (mounting hardware) come with the sink.

6.    What other sink accessories does your company provide?

       We provide a lot of accessories for our customer such as Strainer, Stainless Steel Grids, Cutting Board, soap dispenser, etc.

7.    Is your sink comparable with the sink sold in large retailer stores, which sell much higher price than yours.

       Yes. They are comparable. Actually, they are made of the same material and the same finish.

8.    What kind of warranty do your sinks have?

       All our sinks have No-Hassle Life Time warranty against manufacturer defects and craftsmanship.

9.    Can the garbage disposal mount to your sinks.

      Yes. The garbage disposal can mount to our sinks but you need to buy special strainer for garbage disposal.

Payment

1.    What kind of payment does your company accept?

       We accept Credit card (Visa/Master/American Express), Business Check, Money Order, Net 30 account, etc.

2.    How can my company set up the net 30 account?

       After couple of transactions, we know your company and you know our products and service. Then we can set up account after we receive your credit application form (you can ask the form from us).

Shipping

1.    How soon does your company ship our order?

       In most case, we ship the order out as the same day when you place an order before 4:00 PM (EST). Otherwise, we ship the order out to you next business day.

2.    Which shipping company does your company use?

       We use a few shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, SAIA, etc to ship our products.

3.    Does your company provide Express shipping?

       Yes. Regarding the exactly Express Air shipping cost, please contact us.

4.    Can I get the tracking information. If so, when can I get it?

       Yes. You can get the tracking information the next business day by your email if you provide your email to us. Or you can call us for the tracking information.

Return

1.    What can I do if I receive a damaged product.

       We will give you new replacement for free.

2.    What can I do if I want to return the order since I order the wrong size sink.

       We strongly advise you check the sink detail information especially the dimension size and your cabinet size before you place an order.  In this situation, we will charge you 20% restocking fee and give you 80% refund upon getting the good condition sink.}
